Makes 3 large portions or 6 small portions
Equipment:
- Electric whisk
- 2 bowls
- Scraper
Ingredients:
- 150g dark chocolate
- 1 can of chilled coconut whipping cream (400g normal cream will work too)
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave proof bowl for 20 seconds at a time, until melted.
- Whip the coconut cream until light and firm.
- Add the cream to the chocolate and fold in, being careful not to overwhip and not out too much air!
- Spoon into your containers and chill for at least an hour
