Preheat your oven to 160°C and line your tin with baking paper.
Melt your chocolate, milk and oil in a heatproof bowl in the microwave in 30 second blasts until combined.
Add in your sugar, flour and cocoa powder and stir until combined.
Add in your chopped chocolate, saving a few pieces for the top!
Add your brownie mixture to your tin, decorate the top with your remaining chocolate and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes and just set.
Leave to cool and then chop into pieces.
